Best Western Rewards® (“BWR®”) members (“Rewards Member(s)”) who (a) register for this promotion on bestwestern.com or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel) will get 5,000 BWR bonus points (“Bonus Points”) for every three (3) qualified nights* stayed at any Best Western branded hotel in Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Pakistan, Laos, Myanmar or Vietnam between May 12, 2025 and September 1, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). A Rewards Member can earn 5,000 Bonus Points a maximum of four (4) times during the Promotion Period. The total Bonus Points awarded for this promotion may not exceed 20,000 Bonus Points per Rewards Member.
Rewards Members’ earning preference must be set to BWR points (“Points”). Promotion registration and BWR enrollment/ membership is required prior to the first qualified stay. Qualified stays completed prior to promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the promotion requirements. BWR enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwesternrewards.com.
No extensions, substitutions, or replacements are available. Promotion is non-transferable. Promotion is not valid with any other offer, promotion, or discount. * A “qualified night” for the purpose of this promotion is defined as a stay of at least one night at any Best Western branded hotel in Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Pakistan, Laos, Myanmar or Vietnam, at a rate eligible for earning Points, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, booked through a tour operator, or booked at a special discounted rate (see BWR program rules for further information on qualifying criteria). Qualified nights that take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before September 1, 2025 to count towards the promotion.
