Biopark Botanical Garden

Nature lovers in the Albuquerque area are treated to a wonderful oasis along the Rio Grande River. The Biopark Botanic Garden is located on 52 acres of land near Old Town Albuquerque, adjacent to the Albuquerque Aquarium. This impressive 36-acre garden features a 10,000 square foot conservatory. The plants in the conservatory range from Mediterranean climates to North American deserts.

Visit the garden to see the Heritage Farm depicting life as it was in the 1920s and 1930s, walk amongst the butterflies in the PNM Butterfly Pavilion and stroll through the Japanese Garden. Kids love playing in the Children's Fantasy Garden, featuring a 14-foot dragon and 42 foot pumpkin to walk through.
