Take a Tour Through the Natchez National Historic Park

The charming community of Natchez, Mississippi, features a wealth of unique history dating back to the 17th century. As such, the Natchez National Historical Park seeks to preserve sites that are significant to the southern city, drawing over 200,000 visitors each year.

While visiting the park, you will be able to explore the Historic Melrose Estate and the William Johnson House. The Melrose House was built in 1848 and offers tours of the mostly unchanged structures and gardens surrounding the home. Likewise, the William Johnson House is open for visitation year-round. Visitors can tour the home and adjoining McCallum House, affectively gaining perspective on pre-Civil War life in Mississippi.
