Best Western Patagonia is located in the city of Puerto Natales, just a few hours from Torres del Paine National Park. The hotel is a five-minute taxi ride or a 20-minute walk to the city center along the beautiful waterfront overlooking the Ultima Esperanza Fjord. In the city of Puerto Natales, you can find banks, pharmacies, tour agencies, artisanal ice cream parlors, and signature coffee shops.

It is the ideal accommodation for romantic, relaxing, and peaceful stays for couples and families after each adventure in Torres del Paine. Our rooms have a unique view of the Fjord. Free internet access, and TVs with streaming players.

The hotel has two hot tubs and a sauna for your comfort, with additional cost based on availability. And it has a restaurant with a varied menu and excellent national wines. Free parking.

Please note that we do not have an elevator, however, luggage assistance is provided 24 hours.

The hotel will remain closed from May 1st to September 10th 2026, at the end of the winter season.
