What is classified as an “eligible stay”?
An “eligible night” for the purpose of this promotion is defined as a stay of at least one night at any Best Western^® branded hotel, at a rate eligible for earning BWR^® points, with the exception of a night booked through an online travel agency, booked through a tour operator, or booked at a special discounted rate (see BWR program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Eligible nights that take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before 2 September 2024 to be counted towards the promotion.

How long does it take to receive the bonus points after I have completed my eligible stay(s)? 
The Best Western Rewards^® bonus points will be automatically added to your Best Western Rewards account between a period 1-2 weeks after the completion of each eligible stay.

I am not a Best Western Rewards Member, can I still receive this offer?
Yes, however you must enrol as a BWR member and register for the offer prior to booking. Joining Best Western Rewards is free.

Can all Best Western Rewards members participate?
Only Best Western Rewards members who reside in Australia and New Zealand are eligible for this promotion. Stays also must be completed at any Best Western branded hotel in Australia and New Zealand.

How many times can I claim this offer?
A Rewards Member can earn 10,000 Bonus Points a maximum of two times during the Promotion Period. The total Bonus Points awarded for this promotion may not exceed 20,000 Bonus Points per Rewards Member.

Best Western Rewards^® (“BWR^®”) members (“Rewards Member(s)”) who (a) register for this promotion on bestwestern.com/oceaniarewardsrush or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western^® branded hotel), (b) and who reside in Australia or New Zealand, (c) will earn 10,000 BWR bonus points (“Bonus Points”) for every three (3) eligible nights* stayed at any Best Western branded hotel in Australia and New Zealand between 20 May 2024 and 2 September 2024 (“Promotion Period”). A Rewards Member can earn 10,000 Bonus Points a maximum of two (2) times during the Promotion Period. The total Bonus Points awarded for this promotion may not exceed 20,000 Bonus Points per Rewards Member.

Promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership is required prior to the first eligible night. Eligible nights completed prior to promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the promotion requirements.
